摘要
探讨了在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组(饲喂玉米型日粮)相比,添加不同水平的酶制剂后产蛋率提高了3.55~6.86个百分点,其中以处理Ⅱ组(饲喂小麦型日粮+0.015%复合酶制剂)的产蛋率最高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);处理Ⅱ组的破壳率有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各处理组的采食量、蛋品质和粗蛋白表观代谢率总体上与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能;综合各项指标,以添加0.015%酶制剂的效果最好。
This experiment was carried out to study the effect of wheat-based diet supplemented with enzyme preparation on the productive performance of laying hens.The results showed that: as compared with the control group(maize-based diet),the laying rate of laying hens was increased by 3.55~6.86 percent after adding different levels of enzyme preparation into the diet.The group Ⅱ(wheat-based diet + 0.015% complex enzyme preparation) had the highest laying rate,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).The broken-egg rate in group Ⅱ was slightly lower than that in the control group(P0.05).The feed conversion ratios in all treatment groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05).In general,there were no significant differences in feed intake,egg quality and apparent metabolic rate of crude protein between all treatment groups and the control group(P0.05).Therefore,adding enzyme preparation into the wheat-based diets of laying hens could significantly improve the productive performance of laying hens.Comprehensively considering all indexes,adding 0.015% enzyme preparation had the best effect.
