摘要
分析新形势下影响护理安全的相关因素,提出三大举措即构建合理管理体系;营造安全文化氛围;管理体系、护理管理主体和客体三者密切配合。从宏观及微观角度防范各类医疗、护理差错事故的发生,确保医患安全。
This paper analyzes the related factors affecting nursing safety, and proposes three major measures for improving nursing safety, which is to build a reasonable management system, to create culture climate for nursing safety, and to relate closely the management system, the subject and the object of nursing management. We should prevent the occurrence of medical and nursing errors from the macroscopic and microscopic angle in order to ensure patient safety.
