摘要
作为心理健康培养与心理危机干预的重要组成部分,"心理弹性"一直是国内心理学研究者关注的重要内容之一。由于研究取向的差异,心理弹性至今仍没有统一的定义。通过分析国内近年来关于心理弹性的相关研究,本文将国内心理弹性的研究取向总结为特质型、因素型与过程型三类,并结合国内研究的发展趋势提出了研究展望。
As the important component of mental health training and psychological crisis intervention, resilience is always the main content regarded by the domestic researchers. As the differences in the research orientations, resilience hasn＇ t gotten a consolidated definition. This article summarize the domestic resilience orientations as Trait.Type, Factor Type and Process Type by analyzing recent domestic related research, and put forward the prospect of the study combining the research development trends.
