慢性肾衰竭证治方药的古代文献研究

Ancient Literature Research on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Formulas for Chronic Renal Failure

目的:梳理慢性肾衰竭古籍文献的证治方药,同时对古籍研究方法进行初步探索。方法:通过初定中医病名,对条文进行分类,采用内容分析法对与慢性肾衰竭相关度较高的条文进行归纳总结,对慢性肾衰竭证治方药进行梳理。结果:慢性肾衰竭古代治则以补益肾元,调治五脏;辨阴阳气血虚实为主。治法主要有通腑泄浊法,泄肺生水,燥脾升精,温膀胱化气或滋膀胱泄热法和苦寒复咸寒法。治疗方药中通腑泄浊方药和滋肾类方药较多。结论:慢性肾衰竭古代方药仍有大部分未在临床应用或研究,中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的优势有待进一步挖掘,古籍研究的方法仍需进一步提高和完善。

Objective： To understand syndrome differentiation and treatment formulas for chronic renal failure in ancient literature,and explore the method of ancient literature research.Method： Our study collected the ancient literature after confirming the ancient names of chronic renal failure,and then analyzed and classified ancient literature,which had a high correlation with chronic renal failure.Result： Ancient experts treated chronic renal failure with principle of tonifying kidney,adjusting five Zang and differentiating deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang,Qi and Blood.The treatment method included discharging of polluted region,clearing lung,drying spleen dampness,warming or nourishing the kidney.The majority of ancient formulae had the act of discharging of polluted region and nourishing the kidney.Conclusion： There are still most ancient formulas have not been in clinical application or research.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic renal failure need a further exploration by ancient literature research.Method of ancient literature research need to be further improved and perfected.
