病案专业继续教育现状分析

随着病案的法律作用和经济作用的提升,以及病案新技术的应用,病案专业人员的继续教育是非常必要的。但是由于医院对病案专业的重视程度不足,使病案人员缺乏培训机会,某二级医院病案人员的培训平均0.41人次/人/年。病案人员缺乏自我学习和教育的主观能动性,缺乏交流的机会。针对以上问题采取的措施是:根据岗位特点制定培训内容如法律知识、编码知识、病案管理知识等;制定培训计划如科室组织培训每月2次,每次2学时;方法采用提前下发课题,头脑风暴式研讨,提高自我学习能力和参加继续教育的积极性;同时主动走出去请进来,增加与同行的交流机会等。最终达到提升病案人员专业素质的目的。

With the enhancement of the legal effect and the economic role of the medical record and the application of new technologies of medical records, continuing education of medical record professionals is very necessary. But medical record professionals lack of training opportunities because of lack of emphasis on medical record. The average train time is 0.41 in a 2nd-class hospital of medical record staff every year. The medical record staff lack of initiative of self-learning and education and exchange opportunities. In order to deal with the problem, the following measures were adopted. Training content was developed on the based of job characteristics such as the knowledge of legal, coding and record management, and training programs was developed. In order to improve the enthusiasm of selflearning ability and continuing education, topics were issued in advance, brainstorming - style discussion was carried out. Ultimately to reach the purpose of upgrading professional quality of medical record staff.
