摘要 针对IMO TierⅡ排放法规要求,在G32系列船用柴油机上进行了降低NOx排放技术,包括:增压中冷技术、雾化喷水技术、优化进机燃油温度、米勒定时技术等的试验研究。研究表明:上述技术均能在一定程度上降低NOx排放。通过对上述技术的综合优化,使G32柴油机在保持良好经济指标的前提下,满足IMO TierⅡ法规NOx排放要求。 In order to meet the requirements of IMO TierⅡ,Guangzhou Diesel Engine Factory Co.,Ltd.has carried out the research and tests on different technologies to reduce NOx emission on G32 diesel engine,including: supercharging and intercooling technology,atomizing spray technology,optimizing fuel oil temperature at engine inlet,and Miller timing,etc.The results show that all the above mentioned technologies could reduce NOx emission to a certain degree.And with all these being synthesized and optimized,G32 diesel engine could not only meets NOx emission requirements of IMO TierⅡ,but also keeps the good economic indicator.
