摘要
[目的]探讨复合酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能及其血液生化指标的影响。[方法]将144只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为3组,研究非淀粉多糖复合酶及纤维素酶对肉鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。[结果]酶制剂的添加显著降低了肉鸡的平均日采食量和料重比(P<0.05),提高了日增重;增加了血糖含量和血清谷丙转氨酶活性,但差异不显著(P>0.05),显著降低了血清中的尿酸含量(P<0.05)。[结论]非淀粉多糖复合酶的添加能促进肉鸡生长和机体蛋白质及能量的代谢。
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the effects of compound enzyme preparation on growth performance and serum biochemical inde- xes of broilers. [ Method] One hundred and forty four one-day-old AA broilers were randomly grouped into three groups to study the effects of NSP (non-starch polysaccharides) enzyme and cellulase on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of broilers. [ Result] The results showed that the addition of enzyme preparation significantly decreased average daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of broilers (P 〈 0. 05 ), and increased their daily gain, and increased the content of blood glucose and serum glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (SGPT) activity, no obvious difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). And significantly decreased the content of uric acid in serum ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The addition of NSP enzyme could promote broiler' s growing and improve the metabolism of protein and energy.
