环氧乙烷储存制冷机组故障分析与对策

摘要 文章通过对茂名乙二醇装置用于环氧乙烷储存的制冷机组Z-750B制冷效果频繁波动的故障现象、原因分析、处理对策进行论述,得出蒸发器换热管腐蚀泄漏,致使氟利昂和冷冻水相互渗漏,导致机组制冷效果波动且频繁油压差低低联锁停的结论。利用装置停车检修时机,采取查堵漏等措施促进了该机组的正常运行,确保了环氧乙烷的储存安全。 The paper discussed the fault phenomenon,cause analysis,countermeasure of the Z-750B refrigeration effect fluctuation using the Maoming ethylene glycol device as the ethylene oxide storage refrigeration unit,and got the conclusion that the mixture of freon and water caused by the leakage of the evaporator heat transfer tube,led to the equipment stop caused by the refrigeration effect fluctuation and low pressure.During the device parking overhaul,used the measures to ensure the normal operation of the unit and EO storage security,such as checking plugging.
