近年来,食品安全问题成为人们关注的焦点。食品安全犯罪不仅会让企业的信誉扫地、走向破产,更会严重危害人民群众的人身安全和生命安全。如何提高食品安全犯罪侦查能力,有效防范和应对食品安全犯罪的新形势,是新时期国家相应的权力机关和执法机关要尽快完善解决的问题。通过对食品安全犯罪案件侦查涉及的几个问题的探讨,以期对侦查和惩处食品安全犯罪提供相应理论指导。

Food Safety has been a great public concern in recent years. Food safety crime will not oaly ruin the reputation of enterprise and cause it to go bankruptcy, but jeopardize the safety of people＇s lives and properties. How to improve the competence of criminal investigation department in combating and preventing food safety crime has become a research hotspot in both theoretic and practical field . This paper presents an initial discussion of several obvious issues concerning criminal investigation on food safety crime.
