摘要
物流业是衔接供应、生产、销售三大领域不可或缺的重要环节,物流专业人才是影响物流业发展潜力的重要资源,然而现有的物流专业教学模式致使物流人才培养之"供给"与物流人才社会之"需求"间存较大矛盾。文章研究了传统的物流专业教学模式的弊端及成因,分析了一体化物流教学模式及理论依据,并就如何构建物流管理专业一体化教学模式提出了若干建议。
Logistics, the necessary management of the flow of resources, links supply, production and sale together. Although prospective logistic professionals are assets to a company and have potentially great room for career development, the present teaching mode in vocational colleges causes the contradiction between the quality of logistic majors and the quality practically required by the industry. This paper first analyzes the problems of traditional teaching model and the their causes, then discusses theoretical ground of theory- practice integration teaching model, and finally gives suggestions for constructing the new teaching model.
