食品安全危机中公众风险认知和信息需求调查分析 被引量:17

A Research on Risk Perception and Information Demand of the Public in Food Security Crisis

摘要 通过设计科学合理的问卷调查和虚拟情景实验,对食品安全危机中我国公众的风险认知和信息需求进行了研究。调查结果显示人口统计特征变量对公众信息认知和风险认知存在一定程度的影响,而且,随着食品安全危机的发展,公众的风险认知、信息需求以及再购买意愿会呈现出阶段性特征。此外,研究结果还显示,公众对当前国内食品安全状况满意度较低,对食品安全的相关信息比较关注。最后,结合研究成果,就政府和企业如何应对食品安全危机提出建议。 With the method of questionnaire survey and scenario simulation, in this paper, we carry on a research on risk perception and information demand of the public in food security crisis. It demonstrates that risk perception and information demand of the public is influenced by demo- graphic characters in a degree, and shows that there is a periodic characteristic of public risk per- ception, information demand and wish of buying again with the development of food security crisis. In addition, the public are not satisfied with the current situation of food security, and they pay more attention to the related information of food safety. Finally, we put forward some suggestions about how to cope with food security crisis for the government and enterprises.
