摘要
本文从以顾客为中心、效率为保障、诚信为根本、品牌为依托、"5S"管理为载体、全面质量管理为推动和卓越绩效管理为准则等7个方面阐述了《卓越绩效管理评价准则》在港口推进和实施的情况,特别是重点介绍了青岛港践行《卓越绩效评价准则》的具体做法和取得的成效,对如何在港口企业推行卓越绩效管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
From the 7 aspects of focusing on customers, improving efficiency, emphasizing on credibility and integrity, establishing brand, enhancing "5S" management, promoting Total Quality Management, and adhering to PerformanceExcellence Management, this thesis elaborates on the practice and achievements of Qingdao Port Group in implementing the Evaluation Criterion on Performance Excellence Management. Hopefully, it could serve as reference for port enterprises to implement Performance Excellence Management.
