摘要
将模—数转换器与可编程只读存储器结合使用 ,提出了硬件查表线性化方法 ,从而实现了热电偶特性的高精度线性化。实验结果表明该技术方案实现精度高 ,切实可行 ,开辟了线性化方法的新途径。
By combining Analogy-Digital Converter with Programmable Read-Only Memory, hardware tabular linearization method is proposed so that linearization of thermocouple characteristic is realized with high accuracy in this paper. The results of experiments show that the plan described in this paper is feasible and its accuracy is high. It opens a new way for linearization.
