摘要 随着电网中大量的非线性负载的使用,给电网带来了谐波污染,这不仅影响到电网的安全经济稳定运行,同时在谐波存在的情况下,给电能表计量引入了附加误差。为了高效方便地开展电能表在谐波影响下的误差检测,需要开发出新的电能表谐波影响试验装置。本文从这个检测需求出发,依据国标中给出的试验线路和方法,提出了电能表谐波影响试验装置的具体设计和实现方案。 With the using of large amounts of noniinear loads, harmonic pollution is brought to the power grid. Thus, it doesn't only affect the safety of the power grid economic stability operating, but also brought the additional error to the watt-hour meter measuring in the existence situation of harmonic. In order to effectively and conveniently carry out the error detection by the electric energy meter under the influence of the harmonic, the new watt-hour meter harmonic influence test device need to be developed. This a^tiele is on the basis of the testing requirement, according to national standard's test circuits and testing methods, the author puts forward the detailed design and implementation schemes of the watt-hour meter baronies effect experiment device.
