摘要
三坐标测量机在先进制造技术与科学研究中有广泛应用。从提高精度、效率 ,探测技术、软件 ,结构材料、控制系统 ,进入制造系统 ,发展非正交坐标测量系统 ,环境问题 ,误差检定与补偿等方面对三坐标测量机的发展趋势作了分析。
D coordinate measuring machines have wide applications in advanced manufacturing technology and in scientific researches. The paper discussed the development tendency of coordinate measuring machines in enhancing their accuracy and efficiency, in probing techniques, software, construction materials, control systems, in entering the manufacturing system, in developing non orthogonal coordinate measuring systems, in solving the environmental problems, and in error calibration and error compensation.
