摘要
半桥LLC谐振电路由于能在全负载范围内实现软开关,从而能达到较高的效率和功率密度,因而成为研究的热点之一。采用基波分析法,在研究LLC谐振电路工作原理、增益特性的基础上,对电路损耗进行了分析,指出了影响电路效率的主要元件,并给出其参数设计。最后制作了一台150 W的样机,整机效率达95.6%,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,同时半桥LLC变换器具有较高的效率。
Half-bridge LLC resonant circuit becomes a popular research point because of its soft-switching at entire load range ,which can achieve high efficiency and power density.The operating principle and the gain characteristics of the resonant circuit are introduced based on the first harmonic approximation.The circuit losses, the component affected the efficiency of the circuit and its design method are proposed.Finally, a 150 W converter is designed and built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the high efficiency of half-bridge LLC resonant circuit.
