摘要
传统的基于"结构—功能"主义理论范型的中小学校长培训理论与实践脱节,缺乏培训的有效性和针对性,极大地影响到校长培训工作的生命力。为转变此种局面,必须作出向建构主义理论范型的培训理论转型,确立基于建构主义的校长培训。在培训策略上要提供实效内容,促进互动交流,引导实践反思和重视理论生成,促进校长领导能力的提升,使校长培训工作更好地服务于我国基础教育改革和发展。
Based on the view of structural-functionalism, there are some problems in training of principals which have restricted the vitality of training. In order to change the situation, the training theoretical model would changed from structural-functionalism to constructivism. The training strategies should offer effective content, promote interaction, conduct practice reflection and stress theory. Only in this way can their leadership style be advanced.
