摘要
采用53℃林城老酒一次性灌胃法建立小鼠醉酒模型,以研究二氢杨梅素解酒作用。小鼠于给酒前和给酒后分别灌胃,给予二氢杨梅素低、高剂量,观察其对急性乙醇中毒的影响。结果表明:二氢杨梅素预防给药可以明显延长小鼠翻正反射消失时间(P<0.01),显著缩短维持时间(P<0.01);醉酒小鼠给予二氢杨梅素后,显著缩短了醒酒时间(P<0.01),说明二氢杨梅素具有一定的防醉解酒作用。
To investigate the disintoxication effects of dihydromyricetin , alcohol was used to establish the mice model for disintoxication experiment. High- and low-dosage of dihydromyricetin was used to feed mice before or after drinking alcohol, and the toxic behavior were observed. The result showed dihydromyricetin could obviously prolong the tolerance time of righting reflex disappearing in mice (P 〈 O. O1 ) and shorten the holding time. In drunken mice, dihydromyricetin could remarkably shorten the soberup time. In conelusion, dihydromyricetin is effective in disintoxication.
