介入联合宫腔镜治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠(内生型)20例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Intervention Combined with Hysteroscopy Treatmentof Cesarean Scar Pregnancy (Endogenous) of 20 Cases

目的探讨介入联合宫腔镜治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2012年1月相关患者30例的临床资料。结果全部患者术后临床治愈。无临床并发症。结论介入联合宫腔镜治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scarpregnancy,CSP)(内生型)具有治愈率高,操作简单,损伤少,一次性治愈等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intervention combined with hysteroscopy treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2009 - January 2012 30 patients with the clinical data. Results All patients were clinically cured. No clinical complications. Conclusion The intervention combined with hysteroscopy treatment Cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP） （endogenous） has the advantages of a high cure rate, simple operation, less damage to a one-time cure.
