摘要
目的 提高 B超业务人员测量甲状腺容积的技术水平 ,使全国各地人群甲状腺肿大率的检测结果具有可比性。方法 采用 7.5 MHz高频探头 ,分别测出儿童甲状腺左右叶的三维径值 ,计算甲状腺的容积。结果 总结出 B超测量甲状腺容积的规范操作程序及影响因素。结论 应用 B超技术调查儿童甲肿率是一个科学性很强的无创性检查方法 ,它具有诊断准确且重复性好等特点。因此 ,要求操作者技术熟练 。
Objective Increase the skill to measure the thyroid volume of ultrasonic professionals and make the results in all parts of the country comparative.Methods Three dimensional value of the left any right thyroid gland in children were measured by 7.5MHz high frequency prober and the volume were calculated.Results The rule of operation to measure the thyroid volume with ultrasonic was made up and the influence factors were discussed.Conclusions The investigation of the rate of children goiter by ultrasonic technique is a scientific method without injury and the diagnosis is of accurate and repeatence so it needs skillful technician and all influence factors be eliminated.
