摘要
目的探讨不同正畸力作用下龈沟液(GCF)中组织蛋白酶K(cathepsin K)水平的动态变化及意义。方法选取本院口腔科正畸患者30例,随机分成3组(A、B、C),分别对每组的右侧上颌尖牙施加0g、100g、250g的远中移动初始力,用ELISA法分别检测每组在加力前及加力后24小时、72小时、7天、14天GCF中组织蛋白酶K的含量。结果 B组和C组与A组比较,加力后各期龈沟液中组织蛋白酶K水平变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同正畸力值及加力时间作用下龈沟液中组织蛋白酶K的水平变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龈沟液中组织蛋白酶K水平的动态变化与正畸力值大小及加力时间密切相关,龈沟液中组织蛋白酶K可能在牙齿移动及牙槽骨改建中起着重要的作用,对其在龈沟液中水平的检测有助于分析正畸过程中正畸力值及加力时间是否合适。
Objective To investigate the dynamic change of cathepsin K levels in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) under different orthodontic forces and significance. Methods 30 patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into three groups (group A, B and C). The initial forces of distal movement (0 g, 100 g and 250 g) were exerted to the right side of canine respectively. The levels of cathepsin K in GCF were determined in each group and at each period by ELISA. Results The levels of cathepsin K in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C at each period (P 0.05). The levels of cathepsin K were significantly different in orthodontic forces and time (P 0.05). Conclusions The dynamic change of cathepsin K level is closely correlated with orthodontic forces and time. The level of cathepsin K pays an important role in the reconstruction of alveolar bone. The detection of cathepsin K levels can help to determine suitable orthodontic forces and time.
