摘要
报道了在气相色谱-原子发射光谱联用仪上进行石油馏分油中C、H、S、N、C1多元素模拟蒸馏的研究结果。考察和讨论了进样方式,各元素的最小检测量和线性响应范围,H元素的非线性响应,分流失真等影响准确模拟蒸馏的因素,结果表明S元素在104的范围内是轻微弯曲的非线性,校正后的H元素定量误差不超过理论值的1%。提出的解决分流失真造成模拟蒸馏数据偏离正常值的方法,可使标准样品的测定值与标准值一致,波长为181.379um和174.200um的S和N元素实际样品模拟蒸馏准确定量的浓度下限分别为0.002%和0.04%。
The results of multi-element simulated distillaion for C, H, S, N and Cl in Petroleumfraction by capillary gas chromatography-atomic emission detection were investigated. The effects of splitstream sampling distortion, various injection mode and non-linear response of H element on accuracy ofsimulated distillation were also studied. At the same time, the minimum detection amount and linearresponse range for each element were determined. The result indicates tha S element exhibits a slightnon-linear response in the range from 14pg to 140ng. The quantitative deviation of corrected H element is< 1 % relative to that of theoretical value. In this study, one method, for cometing the deviation causedby split stream sampling distortion in simulated distillation process, is proposed. The simulateddistillation data obtained with established methed for standard Samle are in good agreement with thestandard values. The measuring results of simulated distillation for real sample indicate that minimumconcentrations for accurately quantitative S and N elements are, at λem 181. 379 nm and 174.200 nm,0. 002% and 0. 04%, respectively.
