关于改进拜耳法工厂苛化工艺的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 拜耳法工厂中普遍使用TCA(水合铝酸三钙)作为助滤剂对粗液进行精滤,种分母液蒸发后排除碳酸钠,碳酸钠溶解后用石灰乳进行苛化。通过机理分析和实验对比,建议利用叶滤机滤饼(主要含TCA),替代部分或全部石灰乳用于拜耳法碳酸钠苛化,改进现有拜耳法碳酸钠使用石灰乳苛化的工艺,以降低石灰消耗,并回收部分氧化铝。 In Bayer alumina refinery, the sodium carbonate obtained by evaporating the spent liquor is usually causticized by lime milk, while the hydrated tricalcium aluminate (TCA) is only used as the filter aid to filter the pregnant liquor in tile polishing filtration process. Based on the theoretical analysis and experiment,it is proposed that cakes of leaf filters contained TCA are partly or fully replaced by the lime milk to causticize so as to improve current causticization process with lime milk and loss lime milk and reclaim part of alumina.
