充分阐述了处理好医疗纠纷,加强宏观管理的重要及现实意义,并提出减少医疗纠纷的措施:加强法制教育,努力维护患者及医生的合法权益;加强基本功训练,提高医务人员整体的技术水平;加强医院管理,建立健全并落实医院的各项规章制度。
Preventive measures for decreasing medical tangle are discussde from: understanding that patients have a right to expect physicians to be thoroughly skilled in the science of diagnostics and therapeutics; helalth professionals are expected to keep up with the growing points of knowledge of their specialties and to make medical advance accessible to patients; reasonable flexibility on the part of physician in creative, innovative, cost - effective use of appropriate, affordable, available services; undertaking elaborate, special, individuallized care and efforts necessary to ensure precision and accuracy of medical procedures, techniques, skills; strengthening macro - level theoretical and practical research, administration and management; setting strict standards for work, organization, basic skills training at operational levels.
