摘要
针对热卷箱投运初期因成卷失败、卷形不良、开卷失败及开卷后带坯跑偏等原因造成的带钢甩废率高的问题,通过合理调整弯曲辊初始辊缝等工艺参数,定期检查并确保各零部件的机械精度,严格执行热卷箱内各个辊子定期更换制度,使因热卷箱事故造成的带钢甩废率达到0.2‰以下。
In view of high rejection ration for failure coiling and decoiling, bad coil shape, slab running-off of using hot coiling box , the roll gap of bending roll was adjusted, the precision of machinery parts were measured and assured, the roller changing scheme of hot coiling box was strictly carried out. Based on these measures, the rejection ration for hot coiling box was decreased below 0. 2%.
