摘要
为了提升系统运行经济性,有必要在月度时间跨度上优化机组组合方案,并与日前、日内调度计划方案配合,制定更优的调度计划。结合江苏电网月度机组组合系统的建设,阐述了月度机组组合与日前、日内调度计划之间的配合关系,设计了月度机组组合系统的框架结构和计算流程,探讨了江苏电网月度机组组合系统的优点。江苏电网应用结果表明,月度机组组合系统能够有效优化机组启停方案,提升调度计划的精细化水平。
For the purpose of economy, it is necessary to optimize generation scheduling schemes with longer time-scale by monthly unit commitment. Based on the development of Jiangsu power grid, a methodology for coordination of monthly, daily and real-time generation scheduling is presented. Then the framework and a detailed calculation procedure of monthly unit commitment are developed. Meanwhile, the merits of monthly unit commitment are described. The results in Jiangsu power grid show that the unit commitment schemes can be effectively improved.
