Based on emphasizing the importance for the fixed location design of production site,this paper discussed in details the seven principles of general design and the important connotation of special design and clarified the design principles and provisions of information media and fixed location drawing,which laid a solid theoretical foundation and gave practical guidance for scientific fixed location design of the production site.
