非晶纳米晶软磁材料研究和应用新进展

Recent Advance in Research and Application of Amorphous-nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Materials

摘要 重点评述了动力应用高Bs(非晶态合金:Bs=1.64~1.77T,纳米晶合金:Bs=1.80~2.35T)、低铁损(Pc)非晶纳米晶合金的最新研究进展。在节能型变压器和高效电机等应用领域,新型高Bs非晶纳米晶合金将是传统材料(如取向和非取向硅钢、常用Fe基非晶或含Co的软磁体等)的有力竞争者。纳米晶合金通过适当的成分控制和处理工艺,可以获得高Bs、低损耗、大的Ku值和λs→0、很宽的工作温度(77~823K)等优越的特性。几乎每年都有新开发的大块软磁金属玻璃(SM-BMG)问世,至今已有3个商品牌号,Fe基SM-BMG铜模铸棒的直径已达7mm。此外,非晶纳米晶磁粉芯的开发和应用也给磁粉芯产业注入了新活力。 The development in recent research of amorphous-nanocrystalline alloys with high Bs of 1.64-1.77 T for amorphous nanocrystalline alloys and of 1.80-2.35T for nanocrystalline and low core losses for power applications are reviewed summarily. In the field of the energy conservation type transformers and the high efficiency motors, the new amor- phous-nanocrystalline alloys with high Bs should be strong competitors of traditional materials such as oriented and non-oriented silicon steel, conventional Fe-based amorphous alloys or Co added soft magnets, and so on. By appropriate composition control and treatment process, nanocrystalline alloys exhibited series of superior characteristics, including high Bs, low losses, large Ko value, λs→0 and wide operating temperature (77-823K), etc. New soft magnetic bulk metallic glass (SM-BMG) almost are developed every year. By now, there are three trade marks of SM-BMG. The Fe-based SM-BMG rods obtained the maximal critical diameter in 7 mm by the copper mold casting process. In addition, improvement on a- morphous-nanocrystalline powder cores also inject new vitality to magnetic powder core industry.
