摘要
考察了海绵球形填料、螺旋形填料和纤维球填料的处理效果及吸附性能。结果表明,常温低填充比(15~20℃,13.75%)时,螺旋形填料COD平均去除率最高,可达到97%以上,3种填料氨氮平均去除率均可达到99%以上。海绵球形填料受填充比影响较小,而填充比过高会影响螺旋形填料和纤维球填料的传质布气效果。纤维球具有巨大的比表面积,吸附性能较强,单位体积附着污泥量可达22.97 g/L,且其吸附性能受温度影响小。螺旋形填料单位比表面积附着污泥量为0.042 g.m3/m2,其吸附性能与其表面电荷和构型有关。海绵球形填料单位质量填料附着污泥量高,在相同要求下需要填料质量小,运输和安装时可节约成本。
Removal and adsorption ability of sponge globoid carriers,spiral carriers and fiber ball carriers were investigated.The result showed when temperature was between 15 ℃ and 20 ℃ and filling ratio was 13.75%,average COD removal efficiency of spiral carriers was highest which was over 97%,and average ammonia removal efficiency of three kinds of carriers were all higher than 99%.Filling ratio affected sponge globoid carriers little,while higher filling ratio was bad for mass transfer of gas distribution of spiral carriers and fiber ball carriers.Fiber ball carriers had huge specific surface area and high adsorption ability which was affected little by temperature,and sludge on carriers per carrier volume was 22.97 g/L.Sludge on spiral carriers per specific surface area was 0.042 g·m3/m2 and its adsorption ability was decided by positive charge on surface and structure.Fiber ball carriers had high sludge on carriers per weight,and lighter carriers were needed under same conditions which cost less for transportation and installation.
