Plasma levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their clinical significances

摘要 目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)及超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平与急性脑梗死患者脑梗死体积、神经功能缺损程度的关系。方法收集急性脑梗死患者(62例)和未卒中对照者(26例),采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆Lp-PLA2水平,免疫速率散射比浊法检测hs-CRP水平。计算脑梗死体积并行神经功能缺损程度评估。结果 Lp-PLA2水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势,差异无统计学意义;hs-CRP水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义;Lp-PLA2及hs-CRP水平随神经功能缺损程度增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义;经相关性分析Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平无相关性。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平升高与神经功能缺损程度有关,而与脑梗死体积无关;hs-CRP水平升高与神经功能缺损程度及脑梗死体积有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between the plasma levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 ( Lp-PLA2 ) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the volume of cerebral infarction, the severity of neurological impairment. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction (n = 62)and non-stroke controls ( n= 26) were studied. The plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the levels of hs-CRP were detected by the rate nephelometry method. The volumes of cerebral infarction were calculated and the severities of neurological impairment were assessed. Results The plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 raised with the increasing of the volume of cerebral infarction, but the differences of interclass had no statistical significance. The levels of hs-CRP raised with the volume of cerebral infarction and the differences of interclass had statistical significances ; The levels of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP raised with the exacerbating of neurological impairment, the differences of interclass had statistical significances; By linear correhion analysis the plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 were not correlated with the levels of hs-CRP.Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction have higher plasma levels of Lp-PLA2. Ithas relationship with the severity of neurological impairment, but nothing to do with the volume of cerebral infarction ; Patients with acute cerebral infarction have higher plasma levels of hsCRP. It has relationship with the severity of neurological impairment and the volume of cerebral infarction.
