摘要
[目的]研究中国水仙生物碱的提取工艺,以期为水仙生物碱的提取提供指导方法。[方法]运用正交法对提取时间、提取温度、料液比3个因素进行优化,并对萃取溶剂和萃取次数进行筛选。[结果]水仙生物碱提取的最佳试验条件为:料液比1∶20,提取温度70℃水浴,提取时间4 h,萃取溶剂选用三氯甲烷,萃取2次。在该最优条件下提取生物碱的得率达到0.077%。[结论]该研究结果表明水仙是提取生物碱的良好材料,这对于水仙的经济价值的开发具有积极的意义,同时也将促进生物碱的开发利用。
[Objective] To study the extraction technology of alkaloids from Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis Roem,so as to supply a suitable extraction method.[Method] The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio,and screen out the solvents and extraction times.[Result] The best extraction conditions of alkaloids were 1∶ 20 solid-liquid ratio,70 ℃ of extraction temperature and 4 h extraction time,using chloroform as extraction solvent for twice.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of alkaloids reached up to 0.077%.[Conclusion] Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis Roem is the ideal source for alkaloids extraction,which has positive significance to developing the economic value of Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis Roem and promoting the exploitation of alkaloids.
