某社区高血压病的管理探讨

Investigation of Community Management of Hypertension

目的对高血压患者实施规范的社区管理,有效帮助高血压的治疗和减少并发症的发生。方法 2008年9月至2010年9月对本社区393例高血压患者实施社区管理,包括建立档案、健康教育、生活干预、药物指导、分级管理和疗效评价。结果实施社区管理后高血压患者对疾病的知晓率、治疗率、控制率明显提高,而高血压并发心脑血管病的病死率明显下降。结论实施社区管理是控制高血压和心脑血管病的有效途径。

Objective For the therapy of hypertension and deceanding of complication through normal community management of hypertension. Methods 1050 hypertension patients have been managed normally from 2008 to 2010, the way including of files, heath education, intervention of life style, guidance of drug treatment, management in grades and evaluation of effect. Results The rate of understanding, therapy and control has been increased significantly and the mortality of cerebrovascular disease and angiocardiopathy has been decreased through normal community management of hypertension. Conclusion Community management is an effective way of controlling hypertension, cerebrovascular disease and angiocardiopathy.
