小儿外科护理人员系统岗位培训及效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨小儿外科护理人员系统岗位培训的方法及其效果。方法选择2010年1月至2011年2月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院小儿外科在岗的26名小儿外科护理人员为研究对象,进行为期10个月培训。比较培训前后理论及技能操作考核成绩,并通过培训后参训人员自评对岗位培训进行效果评价。结果培训后,参训人员的理论和技能操作考核成绩均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在自评中,对培训满意度方面排名前四位为"培训内容"、"培训方式"、"授课教师"、"时间安排",其满意度分别为87.50%、91.67%、85.83%和87.50%。在自评中,培训对参训人员自身帮助与否方面的排名前五位为"培训可以提高工作信心"、"增强护患沟通"、"提高学习能力"、"提高人文素养和增强执业能力"等,分别为100%、95.83%、91.67%、91.67%和83.33%。结论开展小儿外科护理人员系统岗位培训是提高小儿外科护理人员专业知识、操作技能和综合能力水平的有效途径,对护理人员工作信心和执业能力等方面都有很大帮助。 Objective To explore the training methods and effects of systemic on-the-job training on the nurses of pediatric surgery. Methods From January 2010 to February 2011,26 selected nurses from department of pediatric surgery were involved in the 10-month-training. The effects were evaluated by comparing the scores of the theory and skills assessment before and after the training and their self-evalua- tion. Results Compared to the scores of nurses' specialist knowledge, nursing skills and comprehensive abilities before training,the data showed significant differences after the training(P〈0.01). The satisfac- tions of training contents, training methods, the training teachers and time arrangement were 87. 50%, 91.67% ,85.83% and 87.50% respectivley. The top five effects of nurse-self-evaluation were improving job confidence(100 % ), improving communication skills(95.83 % ), improving learning skills (91.67 % ), impro- ving culture attainments(91.67%) ,and improving job-promoting capacity(83.33%). Conclusion The systemic on-the-job training on the nurses of pediatric surgery is an effective way to improve the specialist knowledge,nursing skills and comprehensive abilities practice ability for nurses. , which contributes to more confidence and better practice ability for nurses.
