摘要 用选择性团聚方法对东曲 2 #尾煤进行深度脱灰研究 ,发现尾煤精选的效果很好 ,降灰潜力大 ,精煤产率很高 ,可提高全厂的精煤产率 3 6 7个百分点。常规浮选与尾煤深加工的综合结果 ,使浮选的精煤产率提高到 86 32 % ,而且精煤灰分有所降低。深加工的一、二次精选的尾煤合并可作为副产品制备高灰水煤浆 。 The No 2 coal in Dongqu of Shandong Province is coking coal. With a fine preparation, the tailings of No 2 coal will have a economic benefit. A selective agglomeration deep de ash method was applied to a de ash test. The test results of the tailings are very good with a high cleaned coal recovery rate. The cleaned coal recovery rate of the tailings was 64 72 % when a ash content was 9 68 %. This de ash method can improve the cleaned coal recovery rate of the coal preparation plant by 3 67 %. The combined results of the conventional flotation and tailings deep de ash method can make the cleaned coal recovery rate to 86.32 %. Tailings from the first and second fine preparations can be prepared to be high ash coal water mixture for boiler application.
