摘要 铬是动物体必需的微量元素。Cr3+作为葡萄糖耐量因子 ( GTF)的活性成分强化胰岛素的生理功能 ,调节三大营养物质的代谢。与无机铬相比 ,有机铬易被动物体吸收 ,生物利用率高。大量研究结果表明 :有机铬在减少动物应激、改善胴体品质。 Chromium is one of the necessary microelements to animals.As the active part of the glucose tolerance factor (GTF) ,chromium enhances the function of insulin,and plays a key role in regulating metabolities of the three major nutrient groups.Organic chromium is easier to be utilized by the animals,and has higher boiavailibility when comparing to the inorganic forms.It has been reported that the organic form of chromium was very essential in improving the stress resistance of the animals,the composition of the carcass,the reproductive performance of the sow.
