The development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in subjugated area of Northeast had gone through the particular period of Puppet Manchukuo. Japanese invaders had tried to transform and use Traditional Chinese Medicine, thus the Chinese medicine meeting of central Manchuria was founded and Medicine Circles started its publication with the support of the ministry in charge of people＇s livelihood in Puppet Manchukuo. The magazine has recorded the specific survival condi- tions of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the particular circumstances, the puppet government＇s policy and the Traditional Chinese Medicine field and fight, and Medicine Circles research will reveal the truth.
