摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预对孕妇产时认知行为及分娩结局的影响。方法选取巫溪县尖山镇中心卫生院100例孕产妇,随机分为对照组48例,给予常规产前检查及护理;观察组52例,在对照组基础上给予健康教育,对孕妇进行早期护理干预。结果观察组孕产妇对分娩相关知识的掌握明显高于对照组,两组相比,观察组更加倾向于自然分娩,对于分娩过程中的应对行为也更为了解;观察组孕产妇采取顺产者明显多于对照组,产后2h出血量亦明显少于对照组,对护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对孕妇进行早期护理干预,可以有效改善孕妇产时认知行为,并对分娩结局产生积极影响,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention for pregnant women in cognitive behavior and delivery outcome.[Methods]100 pregnant women in Jianshan Central Hospital of Wuxi County were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases) and the observation group(52 cases).The control group received routine prenatal examination and nursing care,and the observation group was given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.[Results]The awareness rate of delivery-related knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the pregnant women in observation group were more willing to natural delivery,and had more understanding of coping behavior in delivery course.The pregnant women with spontaneous delivery in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group,the 2h post-partum hemorrhage volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and satisfaction towards nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).The difference in neonatal Apgar score between two groups was not significance(P0.05).[Conclusion]Early nursing intervention for pregnant women can effectively improve the cognitive behavior,and may have a positive effect on delivery outcome,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
