摘要
通过对影响机械密封泄漏的主要原因分析 ,指出摩擦副端面温度过高是导致冷却回流泵机械密封失效的根本原因 ,采取新增冲洗液冷却器这一措施降低磨擦副端面温度、消除密封泄漏问题。
By means of analysis on main reasons affected mechanical seal leakage,it is found that the extremely high temperature of friction pair end surface is the basic reason caused the mechanical seal leakage of cooling reflux pump.By use of providing new flushing liquid cooler,the end surface temperature of friction pair is decreased and seal leakage problem is eliminated.
