Determination of Selenium in Radix astragali with HG-AFS

摘要 建立测定黄芪中硒含量的方法。采用硝酸-高氯酸微波消解后,在铁氰化钾-盐酸体系中,选用最佳氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定条件,采用校准曲线法定量分析。方法线性范围为0—10.0μg/mL,检出限为0.054μg/mL,回收率为96.5%—104.0%,相对标准偏差为1.45%。本法简单、准确,适用于中药材黄芪中硒的含量测定。 The antioxidant activity of 2 〉 6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine(bbp) and its interaction with bovine serum albumin(BSA) and calf thymus DNA were investigated by spectroscopy.The results showed that bbp could effectively scavenge the ABTS free radicals, demonstrating its strong antioxidant activity,bbp could cause the change in the configuration of BSA through interaction with tyrosine residue,leading to changes in the tyrosine residues microenvironment polarity.Viscosity exprimental results also showed that bbp could bind to DNA in the form of insert mode.This study could provide important information for elucidation of the action mechanisms of bbp in medicinal chemistry.
