摘要
利用SD大鼠进行动物试验,研究小米谷糠油(millet bran oil,MBO)对高脂血型大鼠的血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:灌胃0.5 g/kg.bw MBO后大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)较模型组显著降低(P<0.01)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高(P<0.01);灌胃1.0和5.0 g/kg.bw MBO后大鼠丙二醛(MDA)含量较高脂组显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)活力显著升高(P<0.05),同时肝脏病理切片显示中、高剂量组大鼠的高脂血症性脂肪肝得到改善。因此,MBO能有效降低患高脂血脂症、动脉粥样硬化等病症的概率,具有广阔的开发前景。
Use SD rat to carry out animal experiment and the effect of millet bran oil(MBO) on reducing blood lipid and antioxidation in hyperlipidemic rats was studied. The rat experiments showed that the content of TC and TG were significantly lower and HDL - C ( P 〈 0.01 ) were significantly higher than model group( P 〈 0.01 ) in serum when 0.5 g/kg'bw MBO was irrigated. It could also decrease the contents of MDA(P 〈0.05 ) and increase the activities of SOD and GSH - Px( P 〈 0.05 ) when 1 g/kg. bw and 5 g/kg. bw MBO was irrigated respectively. Pathological sections showed that hyperlipidemic fatty liver of high and middle dosage groups was improved. So MBO can reduce the probability of hyperlipemia and arteriosclerosis and there is a good developmental prospect.
