摘要
知识共享是知识管理的核心内容,同时也是知识管理过程中阻碍因素最多的部分。通过文献分析,对知识共享与组织绩效之间的关系、影响组织内与组织间知识共享的因素进行梳理,强调"面子"和"关系导向"的重要性,提出促进知识共享的有效途径,指出现有文献研究的局限和对未来研究的展望。
Knowledge sharing is the core content of knowledge management.It’s also the part with the most obstacles in knowledge management process.Through literature analysis,this paper summarizes the relationships between knowledge sharing and organizational performance,and the factors affecting knowledge sharing within the organization and among organizations,emphasizes the importance of "face" and "relationship orientation",and proposes some effective approaches to promoting knowledge sharing.Finally,the paper points out the limitations of the current literature research and the prospect for future research.
