胸椎结核的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of thoracic spinal tuberculosis

目的:探讨CT对胸椎结核的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析28例经临床及手术病理证实的胸椎结核患者CT资料。结果:28例胸椎结核中,溶骨性骨质破坏23例,虫蚀状骨质破坏19例,死骨21例,椎间盘受累6例,椎管狭窄6例,椎旁脓肿23例。结论:CT在胸椎结核诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective：To discuss the value of CT in diagonosis of thoracic spinal tuberculosis. Methods： Retrospective a- nalysis of 28 thoracic spinal tuverculosis patients＇ CT data verifeed by clinical and surgical pathology. Results：Of 28 cases, 23 cases of osteolytic bone destruction, 19. of eroded bone destruction, 21 of sequestrum. 6 of intervertebral disc involve- ment, 6 of vertebral canal narrowing, 23 of para-vertebral abscess. Conclusion：CT scan is of great value for the diagnosis of thoraecic spinal tuberculosis.
