烟酸与氟伐他汀钠联合治疗对老年动脉粥样硬化患者超敏C-反应蛋白与血同型半胱氨酸的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨烟酸与氟伐他汀钠联合治疗对老年动脉粥样硬化患者超敏C-反应蛋白与血同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法将住院CHD老年患者80例分为治疗组40例与对照组40例,对照组使用氟伐他汀钠治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加服烟酸治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组IMT有明显缩小(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化。两组hsCRP与HCY值都有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),但是治疗组的下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烟酸与氟伐他汀钠联合治疗老年动脉粥样硬化能明显降低超敏C-反应蛋白与血同型半胱氨酸水平,使颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显下降,疗效比单独使用氟伐他汀钠显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment nicotinic acid and fluvastatin sodium to the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood homocysteine in elderly patients with atherosclerosis. Methods 80 elderly hospital patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were equally divided into two groups with 40 cases of each group,the control group were used fluvastatin sodium for treatment, the treatment group were used nicotinic acid combined with and fluvastatin sodium for treatment. Results After treatment, the IMT had significantly reduced in the treatment group (P〈0. 05 ), but there were no significant changes in the control group. After treatment, two groups of hsCRP and HCY had decreased significantly( P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01) ,but the decline in the treatment group wwere significantly higher (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Nicotinic acid combined with and fluvastatin sodium for treating elderly patients with atherosclerosis can significantly reduce high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum homocysteine levels, causedthe carotid artery intima-media thickness decreased, should be widely applied.
