摘要
目的: 建立1 种用高效液相色谱检测甲磺酸酚妥拉明速崩片含量的方法。方法: 用YWG- C18 柱为固定相。0-01 mol·L- 1 磷酸[含0-13% (v/v) 三乙胺] - 乙腈(30∶70) 为流动相, UV 检测波长278 nm 。结果:该方法甲磺酸酚妥拉明回收率为100-9 % , RSD 为0-5 % (n =6) 。结论: 该法准确可靠, 专一性强, 能满足制剂质量标准的要求。
Objective:A RP-HPLC method has been studied to determine the contents of rapidly disintegrating tablet of phentolamine mesylate. Method:In the method μ-Bondapak ODS as the stationary phase and 0 01 mol·L -1 H 3PO 4(including 0 13%( v/v )triethylamine)-acetonitrile (30∶70)as the mobile phase were adopted, the detection wavelength of 278 nm was specified and naphthalene was used as internal standard. The flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 .Results:There is a good linear relationship within the range of 5 0~100 0 μg·mL -1 ( r=0 9999) and the average recovery was 100 9%( n=6,RSD=0 5%). Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
