摘要
为了研究抑爆材料对可燃气体爆炸火焰传播的影响,设计加工了横截面积为200 mm×200 mm的方形实验管道,且在其内进行了无抑爆材料和安装多层金属丝网条件下预混可燃气体爆炸火焰传播影响的实验,并通过高速摄影仪进行火焰传播的全程拍摄.结果表明,预混可燃气体爆炸火焰在管道内的传播速度和结构都不稳定,出现来回震荡的现象,而多层金属丝网对预混可燃气体爆炸火焰传播具有很大的影响,可以完全淬熄较弱的爆炸火焰.研究结果对煤矿瓦斯爆炸的防治具有重要的理论和实际价值.
In order to study the impact of explosion suppression material on the flame in gas explosion,a square-shape explosion test pipe with 200 mm×200 mm cross-section was designed and manufactured.In the absence of multi-layer explosion suppression material and wire mesh installed cases,the experiment of flame propagation in premixed combustible gas explosion was implemented,the whole flame propagation was shooting by high-speed photography device.The results showed that the flame propagation velocity and structure are not stable in premixed combustible gas explosion,and the phenomenon of oscillation back and forth appears,however,multi-layer wire mesh has a large impact on the flame propagation in the premixed combustible gas explosion,the explosion flame is quenched completely.It profound theoretical and practical significance to prevent gas explosion in coal mines.
