摘要
网络信息资源从理论上讲,具有多媒体、即时性、协作化、研究资源的优势,是我国构建全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的重要保障。要想将网络信息资源的理论优势转化为现实优势,需要站在时代高度审视当前我国终身学习信息资源建设的现状,在总结国内信息资源建设经验的同时,借鉴国际终身学习信息资源建设的办法,建立公建众享、视频担纲、学分银行、一馆统筹、门户直达、学科引领的终身学习信息资源建设模式,以此整合并建立优质的学习信息资源,促进终身学习的科学发展。
Internet information resource, which theoretically has advantages in multimedia, instantaneity, cooperation and research resource, guarantees the build-up of a learning society of all people learning and life-long learning. In order to transform the theoretical advantages of internet information resource into practical advantages, we should examine the status quo of life-long learning information resource construction, summarize the experience of domestic information resource construction, draw lessons from foreign information resource construction, establish the life-long learning information resource construction mode consisting of co-construction and sharing, video featuring, credit bank, gateway directly access and discipline leading for the purpose of integrating high quality learning resource and promoting the development of life-long learning.
