方波极谱法测定诺氟沙星胶囊的含量

Content determination of norfloxacin capsules by square wave polarography

目的 :应用示波极谱法测定诺氟沙星的含量。方法 :诺氟沙星在pH 6 .0～ 8.5的缓冲溶液及pH 7.0的电解质溶液中 ,于 - 1.0V(υsAg/AgCl)附近有一还原峰 ,测定线性范围为1.6 0× 10 -8～ 1.2 5× 10 -7mol·L-1,r =0 .9992 ,检测下限为 7.0×10 -9mol·L-1。结果 :平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD为 0 .5 %。测得样品含量符合药典规定。结论 :本法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 。

OBJECTIVE:To determine the contert of norfloxacin capsules by square wave polarography.METHODS:Norfloxacin capsules in the buffer solution of pH 6.0 ～ 8.5 and electrolyte solution of pH 7.0 reveals a recovery peak around - 1.0 V(υ s Ag/AgCl) and the linear rarfe surveyed was 1.60 ×10 -8 ～ 1.25 ×10 -7 mol·L -1 , r = 0.999 2 prescribed minimus was 7.0 ×10 -9 mol·L -1 .RESULTS:The average recovery was 98.9% with RSD 0.5% .The content of the sample examined complies with the requirment of the pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSIONS:This methed was accurat.
