摘要
目的 :从释放的角度 ,比较、筛选出适合于丹参凝胶剂的基质。方法 :采用透析膜扩散法进行体外释药试验 ,以HPLC测定丹参素的累积释放量 ,比较了不同浓度各基质 (HPMC、Carbopol、PVA)对丹参素释放的影响。 结果 :不同基质的释药能力各不相同 ,同种基质不同浓度的释药能力也各不相同。随着浓度的增大 ,释药能力呈下降趋势 ,释药过程符合Higuchi动力学方程。 结论
Objective: From the angle of release, we compared and selected the suitable polymeric matrix of Danshen gel. Methods: Adopting membrane diflusion method in vitro diffusiontest, determining cumulative release amount of Dan shensu by HPLC to compare the effects of different concentration of various polymeric matrix (including HPMC, Carbopol, PVA) on the release of Dan shensu. Results: The release capacity of different polymeric matrix is distinct, so is of different concentration. Along with the increasing of concentration, the release capacity descends and the release process accords with Higuchi equation. Conclusion: It is suitable to select HPMC of moderate concentration to prepare Danshen gel.
