摘要
矿井通风系统是安全的基础,应随着生产不断优化来满足需求。本文针对沛城煤矿通风现状,找出了制约矿井风量增加的关键因素,提出并实施了更换主通风机皮带轮、改造风机风硐和总回风巷降阻的技术方案,实际效果与理论分析基本一致,达到显著增加矿井风量的目的,满足了矿井实际安全生产需求,取得了显著的社会经济效益,为今后类似矿井通风系统安全改造提供借鉴作用。
Ventiiation system is the foundation of mine safety, which should be ccnstantly optimized to satisfy the requirement of production. In this paper, the current situation of ventilation system in Peicheng Coal Mine was analyzed; the key factor for restricting the growing of air quantity in mine was found; and the technical scheme including pulley replacement of main ventilating fan, reformation of the fan drift and reducing ventilation resistance of the main return airway was proposed and implemented. The result show that the actual effect is consistent with the theoretical analysis, and a significant increase in mine air flow has achieved to meet the actual safety production requirements and to obtain the remarkable social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, it also provides a reference to the safety technical transformation of similar ventilation system in the future.
