摘要
以煤矸石为主要原料,经活化、水热反应合成出X型分子筛,讨论了合成中碱度对产品的影响。用X型分子筛对水溶液中氨氮进行吸附处理,结果表明:合成的X型分子筛结晶度较高、晶型完整无杂晶;氨氮吸附规律很好地符合Freundlich吸附等温式,吸附效果与X型分子筛的投加量有关,50mL浓度为150mg.L-1的氨氮溶液中加入1g分子筛的去除率可达62.01%,并且对氨氮的吸附速度快,在有机物存在的情况下仍对氨氮具有较好的吸附效果。
X zeolite was synthesized from coal gangue after activation by hydrothermal reaction, and influence of al- kalinity of the reactant on synthesis of X zeolite in the hydrothermal reaction system was discussed. X zeolite was applicated to adsorbing ammonia-nitrogen in water. The results showed that X zeolites was of a higher relative crystallinity and exclu- ding impure crystals, and the regularity of adsorption accorded with isothermal adsorption model of Fruendlich. The adsorp- tion dosage of X zeolite to the amount of ammonia-nitrogen was lg ,50mL,150mg · L^-1 ,removal rate of 62. 01%. Moreo- ver, the speed of adsorption was fast, and the removal rate was still well in the presence of organic matter.
